Payments & Shipping Policy
For orders being shipped within India, the payment can only be accepted in INR.
Prices will include GST as applicable.
International Orders: Payments for International Orders are accepted online via wire transfer.
The products will be shipped once full payment is received.
Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we ship our jewellery products to customers. This policy ensures transparency and provides clarity regarding the shipping process, including handling times, costs, and delivery timelines.

- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across all states and territories within India.
- International Shipping: We ship to selected countries worldwide. Please contact us for more information regarding it.
Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction within 7 working days.
We do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered. We accept the returns only after the unboxing video of the product is sent to us within 2 days of delivery. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.

- Handle with Care: Always handle high jewellery with clean, dry hands. Avoid touching gemstones and delicate settings directly.
- Regular Cleaning: Clean your jewellery regularly to maintain its shine. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the pieces after each wear.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep jewellery away from chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household cleaners. These can damage the metal and gemstones.
- Avoid wearing jewellery in the showers, beaches and while swimming.
